Srinagar is the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir and also known as heaven on earth. This beautiful city is located on the Jhelum River and is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and dotted with lakes and gardens. Main attractions in Srinagar are Shalimar Garden, Nishal Baug, Chashme Shahi, Tulip garden, Nehru garden, Dal lake, Nigeen lake, Shankaracharya temple, Char Chinar, floating market and many more. Srinagar is well connected by flights to all parts of India and it is connected by road to Jammu which is approx 280 km away.
Pahalgam is just 90 km away from Srinagar approx 3 hrs of the scenic drive. We recommend 2 days of stay here as there are so many things to explore in Pahalgam. This scenic place is full of natural beauty such as Bettab valley, Aru village, Lolab valley, Baisaran hills, Sheshnag lake, Mamal temple, Chandanwadi and many more sights. Lidder river and scenic valley around this are just awsome sights. Pahalgam to Gulmarg is 140 km / 4 hrs distance.
Gulmarg means Meadows of flowers was earlier known as Gaurimag. This is located 52 km from Srinagar and can be reached by car in approx two hours. Gulmarg is known for its ski slopes and world's highest golf course. Main attraction of Gulmarg is a Gondola ride. It takes 10 mins from Gulmarg to Kongdoori and 12 mins from Kongdoori to Apharwat peak. Visiting Khilanmarg, seven springs, Tangmarg, Lienmarg is highly recommended. Gulmarg is a year round destination. In winter it is famous for its ski slopes and in summers its green meadows and pine forests. Please note that you need to take local taxi union vehicles for Gulmarg sightseeing and our vehicle can only drop and pick you up from the hotel in Gulmarg for transfer to Srinagar and Pahalgam. We can not use our vehicle for sightseeing in Gulmarg and Pahalgam due to local taxi union restrictions.
Srinagar Split stay is required as your entry and exit points are Srinagar especially when you are taking flights. Your last stay preferably should be in Srinagar so that it is easier to get your flight.

Upon arrival meeting and assistance at Srinagar Airport and then transfer to Houseboat or hotel as per your choice. Free time to Relax. Then proceed to visit famous Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) was built by Asif Khan, brother of Empress Noorjehan in 1632 AD. Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) was built by Jehangir for his wife Noor Jehan. Situated on the bank of Dal Lake, these gardens are overlooked by picturesque Zabarwan Mountains. Overnight at Srinagar.
After breakfast check out and transfer to Pahalgam. Pahalgam is called as “Valley of Shepherds. On arrival check-in at Hotel. Enjoy nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Overnight at Pahalgam.
After breakfast proceed for a full day sightseeing in Pahalgam. You need to hire a local cab at own cost for Chandanwari visit (2,895 Mts) which is 16 km from Pahalgam. This is the starting point of the Amarnath yatra. From Chandanwari onwards the track becomes much steeper, being accessible on foot or by pony only. 11 km from Chandanwari is the mountain lake of Sheshnag, after which, 13 km away is the last stop, Panchtarni. A narrow spiralling path from Panchtarni leads to the Amarnath Cave. ARU a small village, 11 kms upstream of the Lidder River, is a beautiful locality. The route is picturesque with ample campsites. This village is the starting point for treks to the Kolahoi glacier. This charming meadow can be reached by walking along a mountain path. The river Lidder disappears at Gur Khumb and reappears after 27 mts. One can enjoy horse ride or visit betab valley. Betaab Valley, situated just 7 km up on Pahalgam, has got its name from Sunny Deol’s movie, Betaab. Surrounded by snow-covered mountain peaks and dense pine and deodar forests, this valley is the mouth of River Sheshnag. There is a beautiful garden in the valley, with a bridge to cross the river. Sightseeing of Chandanwadi, Betaab Valley, Baisaran Valley and Aru Valley can be done only by hiring a local taxi directly from Pahalgam taxi union office. Our cars are not allowed by the local taxi union.

After breakfast proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg. Sonmarg is surrounded by mountains and pine forests. There are attractive walks and option of pony ride to the Thajiwas glacier. Thajiwas is located after a short and interesting walk from Sonmarg. The miniature plateaus, snowfields, pines and islets add to the charm of Thajiwas. The Drive to Sonmarg is through the Sindh Valley which presents another facet of the countryside in Kashmir and has snowy mountains in its backdrop. Sonmarg is the main base for the treks that passes along several mountain lakes like the Vishansar, Kishansar, Gadsar, Satsar and Gangabal. Sonmarg is also the major point for the drive to Ladakh across the Zoji La pass. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and mahseer. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer months. Evening return to Srinagar. Overnight at Srinagar.
