Nairobi is the capital city of Kenya with a population of 45 lakhs. This is very well connected to the world by air and is a starting point for various safaris in Kenya and Tanzania. The main attractions in Nairobi are Nairobi National Park, Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen Museum. Nairobi National Park is just 20 km away from the skyscraper city centre and offers excellent wildlife such as black rhinos, Giraffes, Zebras and Lions. If you are short on time and wish to have a glimpse of wildlife then spending a day at Nairobi National Park is a very good option. There are other attractions such as National Museum, Bomas art centre, Railway Museum, Ngong village, etc.

A warm welcome awaits you upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our Guide thereafter you will depart for Aberdare. Arrive at the Aberdare which is approx 3-4 hrs drive from Nairobi. The Aberdare Highlands is a part of the Great Rift Valley. Check-in and enjoy dinner at the lodge. Overnight stay at The Aberdare. The Aberdares National Park offers picturesque, steep forested ravines and open moorland characterise the Aberdare National Park. The park provides a habitat for elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs and bushbucks among others. Rare sightings include those of the Giant Forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat and the blue duiker. Visitors can indulge in picnics, trout fishing in the rivers and camping in the moorlands. Bird viewing is rewarding, with over 250 species of birds in the park, including the Jacksons Francolin, Sparrow hawks, goshawks, eagles, sunbirds and plovers.
After breakfast, you will depart for the Aberdare Moorlands in the Aberdare National Park. Our Driver guide will drive you through the tropical rainforests into the Bamboo Forests and high Moorlands where within minutes you will see around 3 different vegetation habitats as we climb to the roof of Kenya to almost 12000 feet above sea level experiencing some fantastic vistas in this highland park. Today we may see, Leopard, Elephant,. Hyena and Buffalo and some wonderful species of the Park. After our drive we arrive at the Aberdares Country Club for late lunch where we will enjoy a relaxed afternoon and dinner and overnight at Aberdare highland.
The early rise followed by a hearty breakfast and depart for Lake Nakuru which is located on the western limits of Africa’s Great Rift Valley. After a sumptuous lunch, depart for a game drive as we visit the beautiful Park to see Lion, Rhino, the elusive Leopard, Zebra, Giraffe and of course lots of pink lesser flamingo. Lake Nakuru is famous for its huge flamingo populations due to the alkaline state of the lake. Dinner and Overnight at Lake Nakuru.
After a hearty breakfast, you will depart for the Masai Mara National Reserve. The enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migrations and its home for the big five Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. Arrive in time and check-in. After a lovely lunch, we will depart for an afternoon game drive to see the game of savannah. Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara.
A relaxed rise followed by a hearty breakfast and thereafter a full day game drive with picnic lunch to see the varied game of the Masai Mara. This region is Kenyas most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant). Optional visit to a local Maasai village. Dinner and Overnight at Masai Mara.
After a hearty breakfast, you will depart for Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay. Lunch and dinner are on your own. We have some lovely dinner recommendations or options in Nairobi should you wish to visit some of the stunning restaurants in the city.
If your flight is departing in the afternoon, we have some optional excursions in and around the city, else we shall transfer you to airport. Your tour ends with great memories to cherish.
