Gangtok is the capital of the mountainous northern Indian
state of Sikkim. Established as a Buddhist pilgrimage site in the 1840s, the
city became capital of an independent monarchy after British rule ended, but
joined India in 1975.
Lachung is a
mountain village close to the Tibetan border, in the northeastern Indian state
of Sikkim. It's divided by the Lachung River. The village is home to the
19th-century Buddhist Lachung Monastery, surrounded by apple orchards
You need to split your stay when visiting Lachung and Lachen. Both these places are high altitude and we suggest to visit these places at a slow pace so that. your body gets time to acclimatize. From Gangtok, you can go back to Bagdogra or Pelling or Darjeeling.
Darjeeling is a town in India's West Bengal state, in the
Himalayan foothills. Once a summer resort for the British Raj elite, it remains
the terminus of the narrow-gauge Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, or “Toy Train,”
completed in 1881. It's famed for the distinctive black tea grown on
plantations that dot its surrounding slopes.

Pelling (1675 Mts) [150 Kms / 05 - 06 Hrs drive] - On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) (126 Mts), you will be met by our local representative, who will assist you to board the vehicle to Pelling. On reaching Pelling check-in and Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for Pelling local sightseeing covering Chenrezig Statue & Skywalk. Post lunch; proceed for sightseeing of Rimbi Waterfall, Khecheopalri Lake & Kanchanjunga Waterfall. Overnight at Pelling.
After breakfast transfer to Gangtok [1650 Mts]. On reaching Gangtok, check-in & overnight at Gangtok. Evening enjoy a stroll along the mall road on your own.
You may opt for a tour for Buddha Park at Ravangla (2439 Mts) or to Namchi Chardham (1315 Mts) at additional cost.
Today proceed to the full-day excursion of Tshangu Lake (3780 Mts) which will take approx 2 hrs & then to New Baba Mandir (3994 Mts) which is another 18 km / 01 Hrs drive from Tshangu Lake. Please carry warm clothes as the temp will be very low. Overnight at Gangtok.
Note: 1. Documents for Tshangu Lake & New Baba Mandir – 02 Passport Size Photo along with Photo Copy of Photo ID Proof (Passport or Driving License or Voter ID (Pan Card & Adhaar Card is not accepted). For Children below 18 years, School Id / College Id are a must. Original to be brought with self while travelling. 2. Incase visit to Tshangu Lake is not possible, due to landslide or any other unforeseen reasons, alternative sightseeing will be provided. 3. After breakfast, Checkout and then drive to Lachung (2439 Mts). On the way visit Tashi view point, Seven sister’s waterfall (Subjected to the operation of the normal route). On arrival at Lachung, check-in and Overnight at Lachung

After
breakfast proceed to Yumthang Valley which is Known as Valley of Flowers
(12,000 ft. Known as Valley of Flowers). On the way back, visit Hot Spring
considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort. Overnight stay at
Lachung.
After
breakfast proceed to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On the way if the weather is clear
you may get to see Mighty Khangchendzonga from Singhik view point. On arrival at
Gangtok check-in to your hotel. Rest of the evening free for your own
activities. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Today check out and proceed for half-day sightseeing of Gangtok covering Jhakri Water Fall, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Saturday & Sunday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Saturday & Sunday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays) and Flower Show (Closed on Saturday & Sunday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays). Later transfer to Darjeeling (2046 Mts). Overnight at Darjeeling. Note: 1. Alternative sightseeing of Bakthang Waterfalls & Nam Nang ViewPoint will be provided in place of Research Institute of Tibetology & Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom.
Early morning at around 04:00 (subject to clear weather) proceed to visit Tiger Hills (2586 Mts) to view the sunrise over mighty Kanchendzonga Peak (Third highest peak in the world). Back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast proceed for half-day sightseeing of Darjeeling covering Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays), Tenzing & Gombu Rock. Panoramic tour of Tea Estate. Overnight at Darjeeling.
